EP-2--Jaw Crusher

Our company produces a series of products, including EP-1 and EP-2 jaw crushers, which are suitable for coarse and medium crushing of coal blocks or materials with certain hardness, whether metallic or non-metallic. They are widely used in laboratories of coal, metallurgy, mining, electric power, building materials, chemical industry, and scientific research departments for sample crushing and preparation.

This machine is a complex swing jaw crusher, mainly composed of the base, connecting rod assembly, and support components. The fixed jaw plate is secured to the base with a liner and pressure block, while the movable jaw plate is fixed to the connecting rod with bolts and a jaw wedge, allowing for easy disassembly and replacement. One end of the support component rests in the slider at the lower part of the connecting rod, and the other end is supported in the bushing of the machine body, with a spring ensuring tight contact. For safe operation, the support component is equipped with a pin. The discharge particle size can be adjusted by rotating the handwheel to modify the width of the discharge opening.

The transmission method involves the motor driving the eccentric shaft to rotate via a V-belt pulley. Through the action of the eccentric shaft and connecting rod, the movable jaw plate performs periodic reciprocating motion against the fixed jaw plate, thereby achieving the purpose of squeezing and crushing materials.
